Job purpose
 
As Sales Administrator Pro Audio you are responsible for building and maintaining the contact with dealers and distributers in Europe inhouse.
 
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.



  
Duties and responsibilities
 
Main duties
  • Maintaining daily contact with the Pro Audio dealers and distributers in Europe via phone and email
  • Selling of inventory, processing sales orders and managing the process
  • Building and maintaining rapport with new and existing dealers
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Other duties
  • Employee can be asked to perform other duties that are reasonable within the area of expertise
Responsibilities*

  • Proficient with numbers, spreadsheets, etc.
  • People and communication skills
  • Team player
  • HBO education level or equivalent
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
Knowledge
  • Successful business background and in-house sales experience (3-5 years)
  • Fluent in English and regional language
